Man of Faith was written while sitting at The Western Wall in Jerusalem, Israel. Thanks so much to Craig Levy at Little Pioneer Recording for arranging and producing it. Hope you enjoy it!
Lyrics
Man of Faith
I’m a man of faith living in a world of doubt
A heart of gold with a lonely soul feeling the pain of exile
There isn’t any time to think about holiness
Time for words of truth to sink in or chance to make a change
Sometimes a thought falls into my mind I try to catch it before it slips away
Could be an answer I’ve been waiting for, some advice that heaven sent my way
I make mistakes giving in to my desires
I try my best to use my head but we all have ups and downs
There can be a sign in front my face and the world around says it’s not the way
But they’re making a big mistake because the Lord is talking to us every-day
I want to give but I grew up in a world of take
It’s hard to change but the chief thing is not to lose faith
